9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProTON Strategy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of commissions or fees paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may cease using the Platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via our Telegram channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
